WHAT IS LOVE ???

I guess i have been contemplating a lot these days on the times that have gone by ...and those that will come . Every experience of life when taken alone raises a certain sort of omnipotence over everything else and yet when looked upon collectively gather minuscules of importance in the group of events that have shaped our lives. Many questions asked remain unanswered and many that have been unanswered set us on a quest that always beings something fruitful in our lives.

I guess the heavens designed earth and the emotions associated with mans life through object oriented programming cause abstraction is a chief element associated with our lives. It is the abstract that leads to the meaningful and hence this quest called mindless musings.

The other day , i was asked this question what is love to you ?

i said a lot and yet it couldnt encompass what i wanted to say . i asked the question back and i received an answer that was so similar to mine and yet profoundly different.

this set my mind thinking and i decided....why not it be an entry in mindless musings ????

so here i am .

Is it now?? well maybe cause i have seen that love in any form ...from parents ...your girl ...your friends ..i mean anyone at all lets you free and protected . yet it has to be termed anaesthetic because when that love is torn apart then it leads to traumatic pain .

coming to me . i believe in a lot of things about love . however lets talk about something that love refers to in our context .

I have always stood staunch that things don't happen in a planned way . People who organize themselves and decide..I'm gonna do this at this time and be that at that time is good . yet some aspects in life must be left untouched. Love is all about serendipity and i guess that is the beauty of it . It maybe refers to a selfless attitude towards someone , a emotion where you tend not to bother about your worries or limitations but rather think about someone else's

lets look at this positively .....Ive seen it work on many ....people become more complete after it happens.

many of my friends have gone way beyond what they were just to see a single smile sparkle. Language, interests, people .....the list goes on but in short nothing stands in the way .

its not an action but a way of life .

love doesn't mean pubbing or dating or fooling around. It is reliving your life with a renewed vigour to live the life the way you want to but with someone close at heart taking the journey with you and seeing the beauty of your creations with the same joy and passion andof course the other way around. if you are not prepared to accept the other perosns interests and dreams...love aint for you bro.

it means something so abstract yet so clear . The modern day life has freed up the shackles that the Young men and women were bonded with .

however i guess it took away their minds too . we see broken relationships and more. maybe it could be because of the wrong decisions made. infactuation confused with love .

the best way that i think to test it is to look at life selfishly in your perspective ....See what you want and what you wish to take out.

if it matches....then maybe your with the right person . if the willingness to realise dreams together is staunch and the heart to sacrifice anything is there then maybe its true love .

the ultimate test i guess is the gut feeling. the strangest part of love is it isn't anything defined but rather something in our instincts .

however we all "fall" in love someday .

cause this blog has gone ahead taking me from the experiences in college to my job now . it seems weird sometimes but every passing phase of life has something associated with it and especiially with a sarcastic bent of mind like mine , i guess i couldnt have felt happier than at blogspot.

Yes ladies and gentlemen, men have come and men have gone ...but life is still going on . From the crazy and reckless i have now landed myself among the group that calls itself the "harbringers of a new revolution" - the software engineers . The biggest fact of this world maybe is that fact is stranger than fiction . We look at software engineers as the elite group of people who live on a diet of coke and pepsi and pizzas, working the nights and days and then suddenly basking in the sunshine and glory of success and omnipotence - the days when softwares made change the way the world looks at the computer .

If you think this story is going to enforce that view then maybe its time to click that lil "x" button on the window.

alright enough is enough i guess....satisfying the puritants who believe every article needs and introduction . i guess its time to go the western way , fire away .

from getting selected into and IT firm in college to getting here , the journey has been hardly stupendous. a long wait of almost 6 months finally frutified into the enrollment into a firm at pune. Here i am , this is me ....a software engineer ( read " dignified labourer!!!!" ) .

All the same ..

first day we come in ....gathered together like a herd of sheep readied for slaughter...the nemesis has finally come. four years of engineering seem like nonsense when the instuctor finishes with his first job - letting you know that all you have is bulshit and here is where were gonna put some sense into you nincompoops....(very encouraging indeed !!!!!) . all the same its like the first day .....pseudocodes....c++ ....sql and what not.....with almost everything passing across your brains tangentially ...the day ends with a note....

hell yeah !!! talk about programming.....we got viruses in our brains with the auto delete function .

well thats the way the business runs.....it is based only on logic and yet every explanation , every action and every reaction is anything but logical .

i guess the metamorphosis from being a good ol college kid to being a software pro is proving to be one that i certainly am not going to cherish .
